  2. West HQ has the ability to host events for 8-800, making our bustling precinct the perfect choice for small or large meetings, corporate seminars, product launches, weddings or tradeshows.

    We hold versatile event spaces from grand showrooms fully equipped with staging, sound, and lighting to the gorgeous light-filled Boomerang Room with its very own balcony and a team that’s highly experienced in all facets of event management.

    If you are looking for a Western Sydney conference venue with accommodation our on-site 4-star hotel Novotel Sydney, West HQ boasts 160 spacious rooms, adjacent One 55 Fitness and features the plush Menu 33 restaurant, open for buffet breakfast and dinner.
    At Rooty Hill RSL, we have The Concept Room, The Boomerang Room, Waratah Room and Tivoli Showroom- each with their own unique set of attributes that make them perfect spaces for conferencing and events. We also have other spaces like Made By The Hill and Menu33 for your more casual occasions.

    Tivoli Showroom – An iconic multi-use auditorium with dance floor huge performance stage and three distinct levels enabling various seating plans. Suitable for large galas, corporate parties and weddings you could be hosting your event where some of the world’s best musicians have played.

    Room capabilities: Large Banquets, Christmas and Corporate Parties, Music, Dance and Theatre Performances, Trade Shows, Weddings, Cocktail Parties

    The Concept Room – With a sculpted high ceiling and an abundance of light, this multi-use room can be split into half for smaller groups or utilised at full space to accommodate up to 400 theatre style. Set inside the Novotel Sydney, West HQ and adjacent to the stunning Menu 33 Bar & Grill there’s space to extend your conference into after-work drinks.

    The Boomerang Room – A beautiful room with a spacious feel and streams of natural light that lead to your own private balcony. One of our most popular spaces for special events, weddings, boardroom meetings or conferencing.

    Waratah Room – Full of eclectic character, with an in-built stage, the Waratah room is perfect when a presentation or performance is at the heart of your event. Featuring beautiful high ceilings, private balcony overlooking the new Western Sydney Performing Arts Centre and comprehensive AV capabilities an inspection of the Waratah is a must!

    GWS Room – Perfect for small conferences, workshops or impromptu team meetings, GWS is a simple room for fuss-free functioning!

    Room Capabilities: Conference, intimate banquet & cocktail parties, team meetings, and presentations

    Made By The Hill – Western Sydney’s newest social space is available for large corporate parties, social events, christenings. With a gorgeous island bar set in the centre of the room, interiors designed and styled by industry-leaders Tom Mark Henry and a trend-focused cocktail list Made By The Hill is the perfect option when you are looking to host a sophisticated soiree.

    The Director’s Boardroom – This simple and stylish room provides you with a boardroom away from the office for up to 12 people. Rooms can be fully serviced with catering and IT support is on hand if needed. With large chairs and a huge screen, it’s a practical yet comfortable space overlooking the new site for the Western Sydney Performing Arts Centre
    Room capabilities: Team meetings, presentations, conference calls and classroom sessions.

    Menu 33 – A hidden gem in Western Sydney, Menu 33 is snuggled between the Novotel Sydney, West HQ, and the iconic Rooty Hill RSL. With plush velvet furnishings, separate breakout spaces for pre-function cocktails and floor to ceiling windows that create a beautiful ambience any time of day, you will surprise and delight your guests when they arrive.With a menu that leans towards fine dining but without the pomp and pretention, the food delivers wholesome, hearty flavours created from fresh, seasonal produce.

    Room capabilities: Cocktail or sit-down banquet. Private functions only available for evenings
