G’day all, I hope all have been travelling well since our last report, with many a refreshment over the festive season. Wow, 2012 and where did 2011 go. The planning for the 2015 centenary of the Anzac Landings has commenced. With much support this promises to be an event not to be missed by all generations of our local community. I must again thank the Board of Directors, Management and Staff of the club for their continual support in assisting the Sub Branch for its Remembrance Service and their continual hosting of the Remembrance Dinner.

The Pensions department is back in full swing from their Christmas break, along with The Secretary and Treasurer ensuring our coporate governance is being met by State HQ.

Brian Walsh has been on the Sick Parade and missed out on attending the Remembrance Dinner due to ill health. To Brian and those who I may have missed, get better soon.

The 75th Annual General Meeting is to be held on Tuesday 28th February, commencing at 1930 hrs. It is important for all Sub Branch Members to attend to vote on all Sub Branch positions for the next 12 months. For your information, the AGM Notice is included in February/March edition of the courier.

To all Committee members, I thank you for your continual service and assistance in the running of the Sub Branch. Without your help, both Alf and I would find the job even more challenging.
