  1. A concept33 conference, event, wedding or function is a unique blend of colour, variety and style. We create unique experiences designed specifically for your needs and believe that every event should be about you and not the limitations of the venue.

    Concept33 is not your usual Hospitality and Events company. We don’t like repetitive, boring and uninviting rooms or menus any more than the attendees do. concept33 was created from the ground up to be different, to act differently and deliver events and hospitality in a new way.
    Our reception at Rooty Hill RSL was more magical than we could have ever imagined.

    With versatile event space showcasing natural light, pillar less rooms, high ceilings and vehicle access, concept33 has rooms to suit all your needs, and is one of the most popular wedding venues in Western Sydney.

    Residential conferencing has never been easier with the added advantage of Novotel Sydney Rooty Hill. Offering 160 of Western Sydney’s largest, newly renovated rooms Novotel can accommodate your delegates in style and comfort.
    The Concept Room, The Boom Room, Tivoli Showroom and Waratah Room each have their own distinguishing features that make them separates them from each other and other rooms in the area.

    Tivoli Showroom - Our largest and most popular auditorium can hold up to 800 people. Consisting of a large performance stage, dance floor, three distinct levels enabling changeable seating, two fully operational bars, two dressing rooms and state of the art audio visual technology. Our in-house sound and lighting technicians can assist with the operation of the stage and room sound and lighting.

    The Concept Room - As one of our larger function rooms it can hold up to 400 people or can be divided into separate rooms holding 200 people each.

    The Boom Room - One of our most popular function rooms, this room can hold up to 170 guests. This room can also be divided into two separate rooms, each holding 60 guests. This bright, vibrant and pillarless room offers great natural light, balcony access and fully operational bar.

    Waratah Room - The Waratah room is the smaller of our two auditoriums. Holding up to 400 guests this room is pillar less, has high ceilings, excellent natural light which can be reduced with electronic blinds, fully operational bar, dance floor, stage and dressing room, with state of the art audio visual equipment.

    If you are looking for a small business meeting, we also offer intimate meeting spaces for your next event. With in house AV in all of our rooms, we are the perfect venue to meet & plan for success at your next corporate function.
