Something big is coming to Chur Burger Rooty Hill! The mad burger scientists responsible for The Ring of Fire (aka Australia’s hottest burger made with Carolina Reaper Chilli) are now challenging Sydneysiders to eat the Whole Hog Burger!
According to Chur Burger Rooty Hill Head Chef, Scott Shaw, the motivation for the Whole Hog was to create an over-the-top, fun and exciting eating experience for foodies across Sydney that celebrated our love of that glorious animal… the pig.
“Our customers love meat, meat and more meat. We wanted to create a burger that celebrated pork 4 ways in one! We can’t wait for the public to taste this beauty of a burger,” Shaw said.
“The different flavour profiles you get from the different cuts of pork within the burger is perfectly complimented by the sugary, buttery, sweet explosion of the apple cronut.”
Made with a succulent pork patty sandwiched between salted, fried pork belly and bbq pulled pork strips, along with crispy bacon pieces and a delicious apple sauce cronut, lettuce, cheese and bbq sauce, this epic burger creation will blow your mind and taste buds.
Anyone who eats the burger is encouraged to upload a picture on Instagram with the hashtag #churburgerrootyhill and their pictures will not only make the Wall of Fame but they will go into the running to win a $500 Chur Burger Rooty Hill mean feed for their crew.
