From Surry Hills to Rooty Hill.Since launching in 2013 in Surry Hills, Chur Burger has been winning over foodies one burger at a time. Constantly featuring on lists of Sydney’s favourite burgers, Chur will finally start dishing up it’s classic and innovative delights this Winter at Made By The Hill. Read on for a sneak peak at the menu!

Let’s start with the original (known as the OG Beef). Here the juicy beef patty is complemented with only the essentials – cheese, tomato jam, mustard mayo and pickles. Slightly more adventurous, the Spicy Beef adds jalapenos and swaps the mustard mayo for hot sauce mayo, or try the Mac Daddy, which takes a similar angle, but adds in a mac and cheese patty for good measure. If that doesn’t sound like enough, the Chur Beast is similar to the OG, but doubles the beef and cheese as well as adding double bacon and BBQ sauce.If beef isn’t your thing, there are three chicken burgers to choose from including the Original, Spicy and the ‘CFC’ – buttermilk fried chicken with aioli, lettuce, pickled cucumber, and chilli sauce, as well as pork belly, lamb, fish and even a vego offering complete with a spiced chickpea patty.The kids are also covered with a basic cheeseburger and chips or a crumbed chicken burger with potato gems for just $10.For the health conscious (or those that just want to save room for the milkshakes) there is an option for a bunless burger, which comes with a delicious signature side. The sides are a mix of childhood throwbacks with an adult twist (such as a smokey mac n cheese with parmesan or potato gems with chilli salt) and new favourites like sweet potato fries and a kiwi style coleslaw.Whatever food you order though, make sure you have it with a delicious signature milkshake. Choose from vanilla, strawberry, salted caramel, coffee, or our personal favourite, milo – it’s what childhood dreams are made of!
